What is the return/exchange policy?

Asambeauty USA offers products and services of integrity. Items purchased from www.asambeauty.com/us/ must be returned to the shipping out address you find on your shipping document. We can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for items purchased from our usasambeauty webshop within the last 30 days (referring to the date of invoice).

Refunds are credited to the original payment only. All of our returns are processed at the following address:

Please note:

1. We do NOT cover shipping costs for general returns.

2. If a wrong product and/or defective product was received, please contact our customer support via our contact form.

3. Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value

4. Product bundles or sets can only be returned in full.

5. A return slip must be enclosed with every return. Please download the return slip from within your https://www.asambeauty.com/us/ customer account:

a. Open your order details in your customer account.

b. Use the return button to fill out the return details (amount of products and reason for return) and confirm your return.

c. You will receive an email with the return slip as a PDF file. Print this slip and add it to your return package.

Why is my order marked as “hazardous”?

Any shipment containing aerosol is marked hazardous.

How long do refunds typically take?

Refund processing can take up to 3-10 full business days.
